I’m Kitty Ferreria.

I’m bringing to the table a cocktail of experiences as an ICF Certified Transformational Coach, 13 years experience as an HR and Organization Development Consultant and Coach, former experience in the corporate world, 12 years of marriage, 11 years of parenting (to 2 kids we homeschool), personal experience in self-managing my perfectionism/people-pleasing/high-performance tendencies.
